Don’t like the small control
I like the recliner but I don’t like the small control buttons. I wish I would have purchased one with handheld controls. I also don’t care for the lumbar section, it feels like some pressing on my lower back, it’s too much. All in all, I like the chair

Thoughts after experiencing this recliner for approximately one month. The navy color is true navy and beautiful. It’s leather where the body touches the rest is leather match material. The contemporary design is more compact so it works well in smaller spaces. If you are 5’9” or taller it is strongly recommended you actually sit in this recliner at a store as it may be too short in the leg and/or head areas. The triple recline feature works smoothly and quickly. The one touch return button is a nice feature to get you quickly out of recline. Comfort is subjective with height and weight playing a role. In my opinion, the chair is firm but not hard. Leather stretches a bit over time so that will play a role in comfort. I wish RTG would state foam density to allow buyers to make more informed decisions. I find the lumbar support great as is but those who need more it’s there at the touch of a button. Four stars only because I don’t know about longevity. Overall, I’d recommend.

Love it but still stiff
I love my new recliner, the color is perfect and is the perfect size; however, it is a little stiff hoping as I use it over time it will get softer making it super comfortable.
