Worse purchase & customer service
I am not pleased at all!!!! I still don’t have my complete order and customer service is USELESS! One people of my order arrived damaged because it was not a brand new item. It must’ve been an item that was returned, in the floor, or what ever the case maybe. It was attempted to be passed off on me. I have a video & picture. A replacement was scheduled & then changed without alerting me. I could not take off from work last minute & was then told that because I was unavailable, “it was my fault.” Customer service is rude & unhelpful. I will more than likely return the entire order & shop someplace else because I'm having to pay for something that is not 100% in my home.
