So this is my third delivery the initial delivery and there was damage. The replacement delivery that was damaged and I can tell you that I’m still not satisfied for it still makes tremendous noise when opening the recliners. And it’s not as comfortable as that in the store. The salesman said it would just take time to break in, but it’s very very very firm. I’m not sure I could sit in it long enough to break it in. Disappointing overall.
