Still waiting to get my (arrived broken) sofa repaired.

July 7, 2023 I ordered my sofa. I first waited several months to get my sofa, that was expected since that was the delivery time( October 18th and rescheduled for Sept 28) when I purchased it. When I received my sofa I found the usb ports weren't working. I reported this to customer service and made an appointment to have someone come out to fix it. I waited again. When the day of my appointment came no one showed up so I called customer service again and was told that the appointment time was not submitted to the service department and I would have to reschedule. I waited again. On the day of my appointment a service technician came out and I was thrilled he was friendly and confirmed my usb ports weren't working(I already knew that). The technician then told me that that happens sometime because on electronics sometimes connections are broken and the whole control panel has to be replaced so he will order some replacements. The technician also said that the parts would be sent to my address and when it arrives to call and make another appointment. This appointment was on the 25 of October 2023. After he left I wondered why the company didn't have that part in stock since "it happens". I waited again and I got a call the following Monday saying that the parts are being ordered and to please call if the parts are taking to long to get to my address. I have called 3 times since and each time I wait. I still have a sofa that is not as fully functional as I paid for and it will be 2024 in 8 days. My satisfaction is 0.
