What should I consider regarding the dimensions when planning for delivery?
The sofa measures 88"w x 38"d x 37"h. Before delivery, we recommend measuring your entryways, hallways, and the final designated space to ensure a smooth transition. When the sleeper is fully extended, you will need to account for the additional depth of the queen mattress to ensure there is enough clearance for guests to move comfortably around the room.
How durable is the off-white textured fabric for a high-traffic living area?
The upholstery is crafted from 100% polypropylene, a performance-oriented material known for its incredible durability and resilience. This specific synthetic fiber is inherently resistant to moisture and staining, making the off-white textured finish a practical choice even in busy households. Our care expertise suggests that regular vacuuming and light spot-cleaning with mild soap and water will maintain the fabric's appearance for years to come.
How comfortable is the mattress for overnight guests compared to a standard pull-out?
This sleeper is equipped with a premium Sealy Royale queen-size mattress, elevating it above standard sofa beds. By utilizing sleep technology from a world-renowned mattress leader, it provides high-quality support and pressure relief, ensuring your guests experience a restful night's sleep that is much closer to a traditional bed than a typical guest sofa.
Does the sofa offer enough support for daily use as a primary couch?
Absolutely. While it houses a hidden sleeper mechanism, the sofa is engineered for superior daily comfort. It features plush pillow-back cushions and double-welted box-edge seat cushions that provide consistent support. The structural integrity is further reinforced by sturdy wood block legs and classic padded rolled arms, ensuring it remains comfortable and stable for everyday lounging.
Is this sofa suitable for a small apartment or a multi-functional guest room?
With a width of 88 inches, this 3-seater sofa is an excellent choice for urban apartments or multi-purpose spaces. It serves as a sophisticated primary seating option during the day and easily transforms into a queen-sized bed for overnight guests, allowing you to maximize the functionality of your floor plan without the need for a dedicated guest room.
Are the decorative pillows shown in the images included with the purchase?
Yes, this sofa comes with matching accent toss pillows included. These pillows are specifically designed to complement the neutral, textured off-white upholstery and offer additional lumbar support, providing a complete, showroom-ready look for your home immediately upon delivery.

Attractive and comfortable
Comfortable and gives me a place for overnight company in my small house without a guest bedroom. Bought along with two chairs and together they are very attractive---I'm well pleased with the purchase.
Great Sleeper Sofa!
The 1st arrived damaged and before I could even call Rooms to Go they called me and arranged a replacement. The crew setting up the sofa was awesome both times and they arrived when they said they would. The Sofa looks great; the bed is somewhat comfortable (guest bed who cares). The only thing we do not like but we knew it going in is the seat depth is not all that great. Seat cushions are a bit stiff, but they will break in. Overall, the Sofa, delivery and quality is exactly what we expected.
