This couch is beautiful. Very spacious couch and our family loves it!
Damaged Sectionals Delivered
The third delivery was this past Wednesday. First, the wrong facing sectional was delivered. Set up a delivery for the correct facing sectional, and when it arrived the box and plastic had a hole in it which made the back of the sectional have huge black stain marks. Customer service set up a date for the second sectional for this past Wednesday….and couldn’t believe it but this box was damaged as well and had a huge mark just like the last delivery. I now have a fourth delivery set up for next week. I asked RTG customer service agent to please, please, check the box for any damage or holes before I take off work again and have a damaged sectional arrive! Very upset that boxes of furniture are not checked before it goes on the truck or better organize how the boxes are put on the delivery truck. Very disappointed!
Perfect Couch
This couch is the best! It has provided plenty of room for my family to enjoy and it’s so comfortable!
