Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Is this chair upholstered in genuine leather?
This piece features premium top grain leather on all areas that touch the body—including the seat, backrest, and armrests—offering a luxurious, breathable feel and superior durability. High-quality vinyl is utilized on the sides and back to provide the aesthetic of leather while ensuring the piece remains a practical and affordable choice for high-traffic living rooms.
How much space should I allow for this recliner in my living room?
With a width of 44 inches, this is a generously scaled chair that offers a "roomy" seating experience compared to standard 30-inch recliners. Because it is a glider recliner, you should allow for approximately 12 to 18 inches of clearance from the wall to ensure it can fully glide and recline without obstruction.
How does the lumbar support in this chair enhance comfort?
This Cindy Crawford Home design includes a pub-style back specifically engineered with integrated lumbar support. This feature helps maintain the natural curve of your spine, reducing muscle fatigue and providing the necessary lower-back reinforcement required for long periods of sitting or reclining.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the leather on this recliner?
To preserve the suppleness and rich brown finish of the top grain leather, we recommend dusting it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For minor spills, our care guidelines suggest using a rag with warm water and a light detergent. Based on our expertise with natural materials, applying a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months is essential to prevent cracking and keep the upholstery supple for years to come.
What is the benefit of a glider base versus a standard rocker?
A glider recliner moves in a smooth, linear back-and-forth motion rather than the traditional arc of a rocker. This provides a more fluid and stable feel that is highly sought after for relaxation or for use in a nursery. Because the mechanism glides on a track, it is also generally quieter and more controlled than a traditional rocking chair.
Is a manual reclining mechanism a reliable choice for long-term use?
A manual reclining mechanism is an exceptionally durable and time-tested option. Because it relies on a straightforward lever system rather than electrical motors, it is less prone to technical malfunctions. Additionally, a manual recliner offers more flexibility in room layout since it does not need to be positioned near a power outlet.

So comfortable!
This recliner is so comfortable. I love he fact that it doesn't have buttons on it for the recline feature, so my 3 yr old won't keep pushing my button. Haha
Not American made
The chair is comfortable, hopefully they will hold up.. time will tell. The main reason for the 3 stars is, online it says this line of furnature is made in Mississippi.. unless theres a Vietnam Mississippi, because these chairs say made in Vietnam. And that it took 2 months after I paid for them to receive them, is a bit ridiculous too (Probably the boat ride). Right now im not sure if I'll ever use rooms to go again, guess it depends on if I get my money's worth out of these chairs.
Still getting use to it. So far we are enjoying it
I enjoy every minute
