Damaged from factory
Rooms to go will replace it once if second one comes with damage they will repair it, but you have to live with repaired furniture that you didn’t damage, and paid full price for it. Buy somewhere else. I’ve been a loyal customer of Rooms To Go for 33 years, will go elsewhere for furniture and accessories from now on.
