Your no return policy is stupid and forces me to spend my money at Amazon.
The lamp does not work in my room. I would like to return it and get a refund. But Rooms to Go has a ridiculous policy of no returns. This sucks!! This is the only store in retail that does not accept returns. The only way to get me in a Rooms to Go showroom ever again would be to accept a return of the lamps and issue a refund.
