Do not buy from this place, they do not care about your satisfaction.
The couch is wonderful, Rooms To Go customer service and satisfaction is HORRIBLE. I ordered a different style couch in August, had three of that couch delivered broke or broke within a few weeks, was told to reselect and had to pay additional because the couches in the same price range were nowhere near what I wanted and they would not give me a refund. I spoke to a lead in customer service and she assured me the couch would be delivered in great condition, only for them to deliver a couch that had a four inch rip down the side. Now it's March, I have half of a new couch and half of an old. Customer service told me there's "nothing they can do until the other piece is delivered". Do not waste your money with rooms to go.
