Quality Recliner
We have had the beige for a month and find it very comfortable and good looking. It's a bit high off of the ground for me to sit but when I recline, it's perfect. The neck and head adjustment work well for a short person, and it's a long enough chair for the taller members of the family.
Wrong power cord provided
You provided the incorrect power cord. I have not been able to use the recliner feature
