No Battery included
We spoke at length with Gino (sales person), and had several conversations about the battery because this was the first electric loveseat and sofa we have purchased. I asked if the battery was included, and on more than one occasion, Gino said yes, the battery was included and I could purchase an extra one if I was interested. When our sofa and love seat where delivered, I asked where the 2 batteries were. The delivery person said they do not come with the batteries and need to be purchased separately. I called and spoke to Gino, he spoke with his Manager, and I was told the battery is no longer included and I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and they said I can purchase them for $250 each. I asked for a Manager and was told the best they could do is give me $50 off of the $500. I asked if the $50 could be applied as a credit to by CC, and was told no. I will be reporting Rooms to Go to the BBB for fraudulent misrepresentation.
