This sofa is beautiful and very convenient due to the queen sleeper feature. Unfortunately, I experienced multiple issues with it from the beginning. The first delivery was incorrect, as a loveseat was delivered instead of the sofa. When the correct sofa arrived, I immediately noticed that the frame was resting on the floor. A technician later confirmed that the frame was defective and required replacement. After weeks of waiting and being advised that it could take several more months to receive the replacement frame, Rooms To Go sent another sofa of the same model instead. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged, with torn and detached fabric underneath. Although a repair was offered, I declined because the damage was clearly visible and likely to worsen over time. As a result, Rooms To Go authorized me to select a different sofa, which I ultimately did. While I hope the replacement performs better, my experience with this model involved significant quality and durability concerns that buyers should consider before purchasing.
