Dennin Heights Ottoman

An Ottoman with NO LEGS-- Disappointed in Shipping Process

The ottoman is great except it came without legs. I had to wait for a couple of weeks to get the legs and then another week to schedule a technician to come and install the legs. Still haven't had the legs installed, just waiting. But this is the second time where I felt like the rooms to go delivery process has some issues. When I first received the matching Dennin Heights couch before I bought this Dennin Heights Ottoman, one of the back pillows on the couch was dirty right out of the package, it was not any of the deliverer's faults. So they said they would ship me a new back pillow. After a month a box arrived that had the pillow, but the pillow was the wrong size and did not fit. So they offered for someone to come out and clean the pillow instead of shipping the correct size. At that point I was like, you know what I have already had this pillow for a month, I turned it around and I barely notice it, I don't think it's worth the hassle of a technician coming out just to clean it.

All Worked out well. Great experience

Crap return

The ottoman is nice enough but was damaged when I received it. I was forced to exchange it with no option to just return it. After seeing how it worked in my living room i would have much rather just got my money back. Plus $500 for an ottoman is a bit expensive

Dirty Ottomans

The first Ottoman had several dirt marks. RTG agreed to replace it but the second one had a dirt mark too.
