Extremely poor RTG furniture delivery -Order # 1931946 on 08.08.24
Buying furniture for thousands of dollars for many years, but never experience extremely poor furniture delivery as on 08.08.24. Delivery crew came in heavily rainy day & left several water & scratch marks on floor & walls. When asked to remove packaging from furniture & clean up those scratch /water/mud marks, the crew manager refused & left without getting customer signaures on delivery form on his I-Pad. Never ever buying furniture from RTG in future, reaching out our all family, friends, co workers, neighbors, all social media platforms & sharing our disastrous experience RTG with damage pictures.
