Review is not about the umbrella; it was complimentary, given our recent purchases. In early April, 2026 we purchased an outdoor table/fire pit, along with four polywood chairs and a glass windguard for the fire pit from your RTG Outdoor Furn. store at Baybrook Mall, Webster, Texas. Nam was our primary contact and did an excellent job for us! We had a problem with the windburnard (defective glass that was coming apart). We attempted to order a replacement however it was on backorder until.5-02-26. We subsequently found what we thought was a better wind guard for us and requested a refund. Nam was able to get that accomplished for us and made the process very easy. Merle was also of assistance in the process.
