Awful.
Awful customer service. The pillows we ordered were not the correct ones, this sofa was also the wrong color the first time. The sofa itself is alright but the journey of getting our furniture with rooms to go was absolutely crap.
Not very comfortable
This love seat seems to be well-made. I like the diagonal stitching as well as the 2 colors of the fabric. There was no similar item available in the store for me to test it. I bought it based on the discount they advertise for in the store. This double seat does not recline. You cannot lay across it because it is not that wide. If you wanna watch TV, you will have to lean a little bit forward because the back is tilted backwards. Overall, I don’t think this is a very comfortable piece. I’m unable to return it because Rooms to Go doesn’t have a return policy for items purchased in the store.
