TOPPER MAKES BED TOO SOFT.
I purchased this topper to put on a Tempur-Pedic mattress I had purchased locally. I didn't realize how soft it would be. We never even slept on it because after unrolling it you could tell it would just make our mattress softer. I called customer service not realizing that you could send it back. I would have never purchased it if I had realized I could not send it back. This is the only business that I have ever purchased an item and unable to send it back especially since we never even slept on it. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic item again and will be selling the 3 mattresses that I own. I will never get screwed by this company ever again in my life. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT SOFTNESS.

Soft?
This is about the Symphony pillow. I bought it because of the company's reputation. It is listed as a soft pillow for side sleepers. The pillow is well constructed with no odor out of the box. It expanded quickly from a sealed bag. I have been sleeping on it for over 1 month. I am 5'11" tall with a slender build. The pillow is too thick for me. I had to fold a towel and place it under the sheets to raise my shoulder to prevent a sore neck every morning when side sleeping. When I try it for back sleeping, my neck seems to be angled too much. Same result on either of the 2 different sides. The "soft" has more of a medium to firm give. It is the only pillow that has given me sore ears when sleeping on it. A good product, just does not work for me.

This pillow is extremely comfortable. It conforms to my sleeping position and allows me to sleep for longer than I did with my old pillow. My husband loves his as well. Try it, you’ll love it!

Quality is very good, adjustments?
The quality of the base is very good. The adjustments seem like a great idea in the beginning, but it is difficult to sleep a full night with your bed in any position other than flat.
