I purchased this mattress to help relieve the pressure in my hips and shoulders due to arthritis and spinal pain in my middle and lower back. This mattress has exceeded my expectations in relieving the pain and aligning my spine I no longer wake in the middle of the night from pain in my hips or shoulders and no more stiffness in my back when I wake up in the morning
