East Side Apartment Sofa

This apartment sofa is strategically designed for "in-between" spaces. While a traditional loveseat is typically 50 to 60 inches wide and seats two, this piece measures approximately 77 inches in width. This provides a more generous seating area for two or three people without the large footprint of a full-sized 85-plus-inch sofa, making it the ideal solution for urban condos and smaller living rooms.

Yes, this piece includes the colorful geometric pattern accent pillows as part of the set. These pillows are specifically curated to contrast with the mushroom-colored fabric, allowing you to establish a complete, designer-inspired look in your living space the moment it is delivered.

Yes, this sofa is well-suited for active households. It is upholstered in 100% polyester chenille, a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional durability and resistance to pilling. The tight weave of this specific fabric makes it more resilient against pet snags compared to looser knits, and its mushroom-toned color family is excellent for masking minor everyday wear.

To maintain the soft texture of the chenille, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For accidental spills, our professional care guidelines suggest blotting the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. If a stain persists, use a mild soap and water solution, working from the outside of the stain inward. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage the structural integrity of the polyester fibers.

This sofa utilizes a "low-profile, open-base" design concept characteristic of mid-century modern style. By featuring high tapered wood legs, the sofa is elevated off the floor, allowing more light to pass underneath the piece. This visual transparency prevents the furniture from feeling like a heavy "block" and creates an illusion of more floor space, making your room feel larger and more airy.

With a height of 33.5 inches and a depth of 37 inches, this sofa is designed to navigate most standard interior doorways. To ensure a successful delivery, we recommend measuring your entryway's "clear width" (the space between the door stop and the door face). If your hallway is narrow, the sofa can often be tilted or "pivoted" through the opening. Because the legs are tapered and externally mounted, they can be removed if necessary to provide additional clearance.
