Pitiful
Sofa bed mattress was being replaced because the original one had a tear. The replacement product was dirty looked as though it had been used was much less quality than the expensive mattress I purchased and was just totally unacceptable. I cannot believe that rooms to Go would do this I am shocked. I'm disappointed that customer service could do nothing for me after waiting 4 hours for someone to deliver that nasty piece of you know what. Now I have to do it again for 4 hours waiting for someone to come deliver a new mattress that may or may not be okay.
