Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
How do I know if this stool is the right height for my kitchen counter?
This stool features a seat height of 25 inches, which is the industry standard for "counter height" seating. To ensure a comfortable fit, we recommend a 10-12 inch gap between the stool seat and the underside of your counter. This makes the stool an ideal match for standard kitchen islands and countertops that typically measure 35 to 37 inches in height.
How can I protect my hardwood or tile floors from the stool legs?
While these stools feature sturdy straight legs for maximum stability, we recommend applying felt pads or nylon glides to the bottom of the feet. This is a proactive way to prevent scratches or scuffs, especially on high-end hardwood or laminate flooring. Because these stools are often moved in and out for daily meals, adding floor protectors ensures your kitchen surfaces remain in pristine condition.
Is faux leather upholstery durable enough for a busy household with kids or pets?
Faux leather is a highly practical and "life-proof" material for high-traffic dining areas. Based on our expertise with furniture materials, faux leather is preferred for families because it is non-porous and naturally resistant to spills and stains. Unlike fabric, it does not trap pet hair or allergens, and common kitchen messes can be easily wiped away before they set.
How many of these stools can I comfortably fit at my kitchen island?
To provide adequate elbow room and easy movement, it is best to allow about 24 to 30 inches of width per person. Since this stool is 21 inches wide, we recommend leaving at least 6 to 9 inches of space between each stool. For a typical 6-foot (72-inch) island, three of these stools would offer a comfortable, uncrowded seating arrangement.
Is the backless design a good choice for a small apartment or open-concept home?
Absolutely. A backless stool is a strategic choice for urban apartments or smaller kitchens because it can be tucked completely under the counter when not in use. This "low-profile" storage keeps walkways clear and maintains an unobstructed sightline across your room, making your living space feel larger and more open.
What is the best way to clean and maintain this stool?
For long-term maintenance of the faux leather and the brown finished wood legs, our care guidelines recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. For spills or sticky residue, use a clean rag dampened with warm water and a drop of mild detergent. Always avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasives, as these can degrade the protective finish on the wood and the upholstery over time.

Beautiful but wobbly.
Look great but not a single one of the six I purchased doesn’t wobble.
I liked the look and colors of the stools. However, super light weight, seat is small, and doesn’t feel sturdy. Also, height ends up being 24inches, not 26 inches.
