Chair is great. Good support and features. Our experience in the store at Baybrook not so great. After an indescribable experience with store management I requested a call from regional/ Houston area manager over 5 times. I called the customer service line and requested a call from the Houston area manager. That call never came. If you have an issue good luck. You will be more than frustrated. Our chairs are wonderful at this point. Can’t say a bad word about the product it is wonderful. The 5 stars is for the product not the experience. The email requesting the review states “We would love to hear what you think. I at this point don’t believe management cares what I think.

It is very comfortable and very pretty
I love my new recliner, it is very comfortable and also very attractive. I have never liked the look of most recliners, finding then too big, too bulky and basically ugly as sin. This one was different, it was pretty, on the smaller side which fits me well, and it blends well with my decor. It has function and is attractive as well as comfortable. Ilke that it swivels and also that it has a connection for my iphone. Love the boucle fabric!
