Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will this loveseat fit through a standard doorway during delivery?
To ensure a successful delivery, you should measure your doorways and any narrow hallways or corners in your home. This loveseat has a depth of 39 inches and a height of 36 inches. We recommend measuring the "diagonal depth" of your entryways to confirm clearance. If you are working with a particularly tight entryway common in older homes or urban apartments, the tapered legs can often be removed to provide the extra clearance needed for a smooth setup.
What are the benefits of a one-cushion "bench" seat design?
This loveseat features a tailored one-cushion seat, often referred to as a bench seat. This design provides a clean, modern aesthetic by eliminating the gaps found in traditional multi-cushion sofas. From a practical standpoint, this uniform surface ensures consistent support regardless of where you sit and prevents small items like keys or coins from slipping between the cushions.
Is this loveseat suitable for a small apartment or an urban living room?
With a compact 68-inch width, this loveseat is an ideal selection for smaller floor plans or apartment living where space is at a premium. Its contemporary silhouette—featuring tapered wedge arms and a raised leg style—helps maintain a sense of visual openness, preventing the piece from overwhelming limited square footage while still providing ample seating for two.
What design elements define the "contemporary" style of this piece?
The contemporary aesthetic of this Cindy Crawford Home piece is defined by its architectural simplicity and clean, sculptural lines. Key hallmarks include the graceful wedge arms that flare slightly for modern flair and the tapered legs that elevate the frame off the floor. The loose pillow back cushions provide a soft contrast to the structured one-cushion seat, creating a look that is both sophisticated and inviting.
How does polyester upholstery hold up in a home with pets or children?
This piece is upholstered in 100% polyester, a synthetic material highly regarded for its inherent durability and resistance to stretching and pilling. The woven texture is designed to withstand the rigors of a busy household. For pet owners, polyester is often a preferred choice as the tightly woven fibers are less likely to trap fur and dander compared to loose-weave natural fabrics, making cleanup with a vacuum or lint roller much more efficient.
How should I clean a spill on this woven fabric?
Based on our expertise with synthetic textiles, we recommend blotting spills immediately with a clean, soft, dry cloth to prevent the liquid from soaking into the fibers. For spot cleaning, our general care guide suggests using a mixture of warm water and mild soap or a light detergent. Always test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the woven blue finish.

Accent pillows
The pillows arrived in good shape; just needed some fluffing. The fabric is good quality. They are the perfect accent for my sofa and loveseat. I chose a design that wasn’t available and had to be made. It took just over four weeks for the pillows to arrive.
Nice, solid and firm.
Fairmont sofa/loveseat
I’m happy that the accent pillows are solid cream/off white color rather than a pattern fabric that would clash with my furnishings but the sofa and loveseat have an odd sour/vinegar smell that takes several days to dissipate. Maybe it’s some type of fabric shield/stain repellent but I kept wondering where/what it was and sprayed Febreeze many times to remedy it.
