It can broken in several places and can I get anyone to write or call us back.
Damage merchant dice
No I can not enjoy it. Cause I received it damaged and with NO hardware to put together. I’ve sent pictures and told them about no bolts or screws or whatever else I need to put it together.
Needs better packaging when shipping…
The product showed up broken beyond repair. Getting a hold of anyone in support took over two weeks and getting a refund took another two weeks on top of that. I was told i could reorder a unit that wasn’t damaged only to find out that it was back ordered until next May. Any future purchases (if any) will definitely be made in store so I have someone to call if something goes wrong…
