Comfortable and stylish!
I love the neck/upper back support feature on this loveseat.
It broke
It broke 2 days after delivery, been dealing with getting it fixed for over a month. I had a service tech out, he made it seem that it would just be replaced. Then I had a random box of parts show up at my home. I then had to call and set up a time for another tech to come out to install the broken parts. Needless to say I haven’t been very happy.
The noisiest recliner you ever had
Though it looks good and in the store it was quiet, once I got it at home I realized the reclining motor is very loud, sounds like a swarm of mosquitoes. Not only that, but after only a couple of weeks of use, the leather on the seats has started to crease. I've had leahter sofas for 20 years that didn't show creases like that. The store refuses to take the recliners back and give me a refund. Outrageous! They offer to replace them with the same crap or for me to select something else, add some more fees and another delivery fee. Outrageous!
