To maintain the rich gunmetal finish and plush texture, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, the performance nature of the polyester allows for quick cleanup; simply blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For more stubborn spots, a mild water-based cleaning solution is typically recommended. Always check the specific care instructions provided with your furniture to ensure the longevity of the fabric.

Yes, this sectional is an excellent choice for active homes because it features LuxeGuard performance velvet. Unlike traditional delicate velvets, this 100% polyester performance fabric is engineered for high durability and stain resistance. The dense, tight weave of velvet makes it naturally resistant to pet snags from claws, and pet hair tends to sit on the surface rather than becoming trapped in the fibers, allowing for easy removal with a vacuum or lint roller.

The design balances contemporary aesthetics with long-term comfort. The track arms offer a clean, space-efficient profile that maximizes the available seating area. Meanwhile, the tufted seat cushions are not just a stylistic choice; the tufting helps keep the interior padding in place, preventing the upholstery from shifting or sagging over time, which ensures the sectional maintains its inviting, "just-delivered" look for years to come.

Because this is a 5-piece modular set, it is significantly easier to navigate through hallways and doorways than a standard sofa. The individual components can be moved separately, making it a versatile option for homes with tighter entry points or for those living in multi-story residences where navigating stairwells is a necessity.

This is a substantial piece of furniture with a footprint of approximately 140.5 inches by 140.5 inches. To ensure a comfortable flow in your living room, we recommend placing it in a space that is at least 15 to 16 feet wide on both sides. Its generous scale makes it a definitive centerpiece for large, open-concept living areas or dedicated media rooms where maximizing seating is the priority.

The 100% polyester construction of the LuxeGuard fabric makes this sectional a resilient choice for various climates, including humid or coastal areas. Synthetic fibers like polyester are naturally more resistant to moisture absorption and mildew than natural fibers such as cotton or linen. This ensures the frame and upholstery remain stable and comfortable regardless of local environmental conditions.
