To keep your performance velvet looking its best, we recommend regular light vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. Because it is 100% polyester, it is inherently more resistant to staining than natural fibers. For spills, our general care advice is to blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; avoiding harsh scrubbing will help preserve the plush nap of the velvet. Always test any fabric cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Typically, velvet is considered delicate, but this sectional is upholstered in LuxeGuard velvet, a high-performance 100% polyester fabric. This material offers the rich, soft texture of traditional velvet with the added benefit of being highly durable and resistant to common household wear. The tight weave of polyester velvet is less likely to snag on pet claws, and hair can be easily removed with a vacuum or lint brush, making it an excellent choice for active families.

Measuring is essential for a piece of this "generous scale," which has a footprint of 140.5"w x 123"d. This sectional is ideally suited for spacious family rooms or open-concept living areas. Before ordering, we recommend mapping out the dimensions on your floor with painter's tape to ensure there is enough clearance (at least 30-36 inches) for walkways. Also, measure your entryways and hallways to ensure the individual pieces can be navigated into the room during delivery.

This sectional achieves a contemporary aesthetic through its sophisticated track arms and tufted seat cushions. The track arms provide a clean, straight-lined silhouette that saves space compared to rolled arms, while the tufted detailing adds a layer of tailored texture without being overly formal. These elements, combined with the gunmetal gray color, allow the piece to anchor a modern room while remaining inviting and relaxed.

The storage ottoman in this set serves a dual purpose that is especially helpful for maintaining a clutter-free living space. Beyond acting as a comfortable footrest or extra seat, the internal storage compartment is designed to tuck away everyday essentials like throw blankets, remote controls, or board games. This helps maintain the clean, contemporary profile of the room while keeping cozy items within reach.

"Stationary" refers to the fact that the seating does not have reclining mechanisms or gliding features. This 5-piece configuration is designed to create a cohesive, stable lounging area. The lack of mechanical parts often contributes to a longer lifespan for the frame and upholstery, as there are fewer moving components that experience mechanical wear over time.
