Nightmare!!

Worst decision I ever made!! If someone had told me before that in case a delivery is made with a damaged headboard, I have to keep the damaged headboard until the exchange is made, I would not have gone on with this purchase. We made the purchase in September, and delivery was going to be in January 2023. A week before Thanksgiving, the salesperson called us and informed us the bed was in shock again, and delivery will be made on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We were very excited, and even got rid of our old bed/ furniture and waited for the delivery. Furniture came in as promised, but the headboard was damaged. I called customer service, and they scheduled an exchange to be delivered after 2 weeks. Mind you I have the damaged headboard in my living room. After the 2 weeks the replacement came, and was also damaged. I informed the driver, who saw it and also took pictures, but refused to take it, that I have to keep it until another exchange is here. I called customer service and talked to Rose and Liz, who were very helpful, and they transferred me to our local store were I made the purchase in the beginning. They were supposed to call me and schedule to pick up the headboard, because I informed everyone I talked to that I do not have space to keep it for another month. Long story short, local office did not help and transferred me back to customer service. First time to buy furniture from Rooms to Go, and honestly cannot recommend anyone to buy from them. The headboard is across the room, an eye sore, uncomfortable, and we are going to stay with this for 4 weeks until a replacementis delivered in January!! Really Sad!!!! Will be back to update in January!!
