POOR Service from Rooms to Go
I can't tell you anything other than how disappointed I am!!! I went to purchase a king bed for my guest room & we it was delivered the footboard was damaged. The guy unboxed it & saw it was damaged. Pretty bad & whoever put it in the box to ship had to know it was damaged. They did not see the gash in one side board or the split down the other. I waited 2 weeks for delivery of the footboard & now will wait OVER a month for the railings. What a fiasco!! I paid $2,500 for this mess. I will never go back to Rooms to Go again!
