Forest Hills Gray 4 Pc Outdoor Seating Set with Beige Cushions

This sofa is exceptionally well-suited for coastal environments and humid regions like Florida or the Gulf Coast. Because the internal frame is constructed from aluminum rather than steel, it will not rust when exposed to moisture or salt spray. Additionally, the synthetic all-weather wicker and woven fabric are naturally resistant to the mold and mildew often associated with high-humidity climates.

Yes. The cushions are upholstered in a specialized beige outdoor fabric that is specifically treated to be UV-resistant. This woven material is designed to retain its color and structural integrity even in direct sunlight, making it an excellent choice for open patios or sun-drenched decks.

This sofa is engineered with a high-quality, weather-resistant aluminum frame, which is naturally rustproof—a critical feature for long-lasting outdoor furniture. The frame is expertly wrapped in gray all-weather synthetic wicker. Unlike natural rattan, this all-weather wicker is designed to resist cracking, peeling, and fading, ensuring the piece maintains its coastal-inspired charm season after season.

The pillow-back style features loose, plush cushions that offer a softer, more "sink-in" feel compared to tight-back outdoor seating. This design, combined with a standard 17.25-inch seat height, provides an ergonomic and relaxing experience that mimics the comfort of an indoor living room sofa while utilizing durable, exterior-grade materials.

This is a true three-seater sofa, featuring three individual seat cushions and three plush pillow-back cushions. With an overall width of 79.5 inches, it provides generous space for three adults to sit comfortably, while the track arm design maximizes the usable seating area within its footprint.

Based on our expertise with these materials, we recommend a simple maintenance routine to keep your sofa looking new. The all-weather wicker can be easily hosed down with water to remove dust and debris. For the cushions, our care guidelines suggest spot cleaning with a soft cloth and a mixture of mild soap and warm water. To extend the life of the sofa during extreme weather or winter months, we recommend using fitted furniture covers or storing the cushions in a dry area.
