Customer service
I love the furniture. However, when it went on sale less than a month after I bought it, I was not given an adjustment via a store credit because the manager said I had bought a different table from the one advertised. Same sofa and chairs! What lousy customer service!!! I advised them that I was going to use the store credit to buy something else. The answer seemed to be: No, we have your money, but we can’t help you! Wow! I felt that my patronage was not valued. It must be me!

I love my patio set!! My salesperson made sure that it arrived in time for a large family gathering-and I appreciate that. Also, an exchange of tables went exceptionally well. However, I am still waiting for additional items — one that was promised with the sale and additional purchases that are being checked into.
