This was another bad choice… second time we ordered these chairs but they wrinkled in a WEEK!!!! were told they were DUDS!!!! Luckily after many phone calls and customer service we could SWOP these for two other chairs!!
Excellent value
This is an accent piece in my living room so I don't really sit in it very much but when I do it is notably comfortable. Only time will tell if it's going to hold up but for the price I couldn't ask for anything more.
Bad seevice
I have had about four of these chairs delivered and none of them were satisfactory. The first one was fine but the delivery guy slid the chair across the floor and the leg protectors came off, the second one had a long white mark on it, the third one had another thicker white mark and the delivery guy said it was glue, the fourth and last one had wrinkles in it and the delivery guy said it was defective and he would put it in the notes. I never received a call from Rooms to Go to ask how the delivery was. My husband had been communicating with a manager by the name of Brandon in the corporate office who promised to make things right. Brandon has not returned any of my husband’s calls after leaving several messages. This is unacceptable and someone needs to call us asap!!
Love it but was not given leather cleaner and store location is refusing to send it out to me. Told me to come get it.
