Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What type of mattress is included with this sleeper sofa, and is it comfortable for overnight guests?
This sleeper sectional features a high-quality Sealy Royale mattress, which is tucked inside the armless loveseat component. Unlike standard thin sofa bed mattresses, the Sealy Royale is engineered for superior support and comfort, ensuring your guests enjoy a restful night's sleep without the common "metal bar" discomfort associated with traditional pull-out mechanisms.
Is the fabric durable enough for a home with children and pets?
This sectional is upholstered in 100% Polypropylene, a high-performance synthetic fabric known for its exceptional durability and natural resistance to stains and moisture. The gray textured fabric is ideally suited for high-traffic "family room" environments, as polypropylene is one of the most rugged upholstery materials available, designed to withstand heavy daily use while remaining easy to spot-clean.
How much space do I need to accommodate this large sofa set?
In its standard configuration, this sectional measures 156" wide by 124.50" deep. It is best suited for large, open-concept living areas or spacious suburban homes. Because it is modular, you can choose to omit a piece or arrange them differently to suit a slightly smaller room, but we recommend a minimum wall clearance of 13 feet to allow the full set to breathe without overwhelming your space.
Can this modular sectional be reconfigured to fit different living room layouts?
Yes, the ModularOne collection is designed for maximum flexibility. Each of the seven pieces is fully upholstered on all sides, allowing you to reconfigure the shape to fit your space—whether you need a traditional L-shaped sectional, a long straight sofa for a narrow room, or separate seating islands for a social gathering. This modularity also makes it much easier to move into homes with narrow hallways or elevators.
Does this sectional offer any storage for blankets or guest linens?
This 7-piece set includes two integrated center consoles that provide discreet hidden storage, perfect for keeping extra blankets, pillows, or remote controls within easy reach. Additionally, these consoles are topped with sleek acrylic surfaces, allowing them to function as durable side tables for drinks and snacks during movie nights or game days.
What are the design features that define the style of this seating set?
Part of the Drew & Jonathan collection, this sectional blends modern modular utility with sophisticated design details. It features elegant welted track arms, decorative top-stitched seat cushions, and tufted back cushions that create a tailored, high-end silhouette. These features ensure that even while functioning as a flexible sleeper and storage unit, the sofa maintains a polished and professional aesthetic.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
