Noisy
First we got a chair that has a very noisy sound when you lean your back to it, we had to contact the customer care twice and they came twice telling us there is no defect and the sound is normal. Finally we contacted the manager of Panama city beach store directly and he was very professional unlike the customer care, he ended up replacing the chair for us and we are happy with it. The chair size is good and wide enough.
