Beautiful to look at but....
When I found this chair, matching ottoman, and sofa at Rooms to Go they definitely caught my eye. When I sat in them they were incredibly comfortable but the ones that were delivered to me??? NOT AT ALL !!! The back cushions are plush and soft but the seat cushions are as hard as a park bench. The foam that was used has absolutely no give. I contacted Rooms to Go Customer Service shortly after I received them and was told that there's nothing they can do. The rep said the sofas in the stores have been sat in and broken in so it will just take time to do the same with my sofa and chair. I'm sorry but I don't want to sit in discomfort for years waiting for them to break in!!! They are so uncomfortable that it actually hurts to sit on them for long periods of time. These would do great in a doctor's office but not someone's home where comfort is a top priority. I have to keep adjusting my position. I would think twice about buying this set!!!!
