I don't have a problem with the Charcoal Reclining sofa. It is a lovely chair at a fair price. My complaint is with the delivery. Since the chair was a floor model, I had to arrange my own pick up. Our salesman told me that Nate would pick up the sofa and deliver it to9 my house. Imagine my surprise, anger, outrage, when Nate told me that I would have to come down to the warehouse and show them my receipt before he could deliver the sofa! THAT IS NOT WHAT THE SALESMAN TOLD ME! So after a lot of wrangling and threatening to cancel order, salesman said Nate would deliver sofa at my house. And I may add, at a hefty price. That is my first and last experience with ROOMS TO GO!
