Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
How do I clean and maintain a beige fabric to keep it looking new?
To maintain the crisp look of a light beige fabric, our care guidelines recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and prevent it from settling into the weave. Because polyester is inherently stain-resistant, most minor spills can be addressed by blotting immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend using a mild, water-based detergent solution.
Is this sectional a good size for an apartment or smaller urban living space?
Measuring 99 inches wide, this sectional is an ideal "apartment-sized" solution. It provides the generous seating and comfort of a chaise lounge without the massive footprint of larger sets. This scale allows it to fit comfortably in smaller living rooms or open-concept condos without overwhelming the space or blocking walkways.
How difficult is it to move a 2-piece sectional through narrow hallways or doorways?
The 2-piece configuration of this sectional significantly simplifies the delivery process, especially for homes with tight corridors or narrow entryways. By separating the pieces, the sectional can be navigated through standard doorways and around corners more easily than a single large sofa, making it a practical choice for urban dwellings and older homes.
Is a woven polyester fabric a durable choice for a high-traffic living room?
Yes, 100% polyester is highly regarded for its resilience in active households. This woven fabric is inherently resistant to stretching, wrinkling, and shrinking. The tight weave of this material helps it stand up to daily wear while maintaining a soft, inviting feel, making it an excellent choice for a primary seating area.
What are the design benefits of track arms and box style cushions on a sofa?
Track arms offer a sleek, space-saving silhouette that enhances a transitional or modern aesthetic. Unlike bulky rolled arms, track arms provide a clean line that keeps the focus on the seating area. When paired with box style cushions and tailored welted seams, these features create a structured, "tailored" look that offers consistent support and maintains its shape over time.
What type of support and comfort can I expect from these cushions?
This sectional features plush box-style cushions designed to provide a balance of comfort and structure. The high-profile 38-inch height offers excellent back support, while the welted seams provide reinforced edges that help the cushions retain their crisp, tailored appearance even with frequent use. The inclusion of coordinating accent pillows allows for layered comfort and added lumbar support.

3.2 out of 5 stars
The couch is extremely comfortable and soft. Unfortunately, we did not receive all of the correct hardware and have had to call twice to get the correct hardware shipped.
Perfect Sectional
It's a perfect size, great material, and the chaise was a good choice.
Sofa review
Hello RTG Team, I want to start by recognizing your team for the excellent customer service. The follow-ups were timely, the delivery was smooth, and the delivery team was professional and courteous throughout. I truly appreciate that level of care. Unfortunately, the sofa itself has not met expectations in terms of comfort. It is quite firm and lacks the cozy feel I was looking for. Additionally, the sectional length does not work well for me. At 6’1”, I am unable to fully relax as my legs extend beyond the seating. In hindsight, I should have visited the store before purchasing online. That said, I would appreciate the opportunity to exchange this for a more comfortable option and am open to paying any price difference. Best, Imran
Great sectional for smaller space
My living space isn't huge but I really wanted a sectional. This fits perfectly. It takes up most of one wall but doesn't extend too far into the room. It is starting out more firm than I wanted but can already tell it's getting softer. The fabric has a really nice feel and love the space to stretch out.
