The follow-ups were timely, the delivery was smooth, and the delivery team was professional and courteous throughout. I truly appreciate that level of care. Unfortunately, the sofa itself has not met expectations in terms of comfort. It is quite firm and lacks the cozy feel I was looking for. Additionally, the sectional length does not work well for me. At 6’1”, I am unable to fully relax as my legs extend beyond the seating. In hindsight, I should have visited the store before purchasing online.
