How do I determine if this 140-inch sectional will fit my living space?
Given its substantial 140-inch width, this sectional is designed for larger living areas or open-concept floor plans. To ensure a comfortable flow, our experts recommend maintaining at least 18 to 24 inches of clearance for walkways around the perimeter. Before ordering, we suggest using painter's tape to outline the 140" x 113" footprint on your floor to visualize how it anchors the room without obstructing natural traffic patterns.
Is this transitional style sofa suitable for both modern and traditional decor?
Absolutely. This sofa features a transitional design, which bridges the gap between classic comfort and modern clean lines. The sleek track arms and box-style cushions provide a structured, contemporary silhouette, while the welted seams and soft woven fabric add a touch of traditional tailoring. This versatility allows it to blend seamlessly into a wide variety of interior aesthetics.
What level of comfort can guests expect from the sleeper mattress?
Unlike standard sofa beds that use basic, unbranded padding, this sectional features a Sealy Royale sleeper mattress. Sealy is a recognized leader in sleep technology, and this integrated mattress is engineered to provide the consistent support and pressure relief guests need for a restful night's sleep. The mechanism is designed to transform the room into a comfortable sleep space in seconds, making it a premium solution for hosting.
How does this sectional perform in humid climates?
The 100% polyester upholstery is particularly well-suited for humid environments. Synthetic fibers like polyester do not absorb moisture as readily as natural fibers like cotton or linen, making the fabric less susceptible to sagging or stretching in damp conditions. This ensures the cushions maintain their plush comfort and structured silhouette over time, regardless of the local climate.
What is the best way to maintain the appearance of this woven fabric?
To keep your furniture looking its best, our care guidelines recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris that can cause fiber wear. For spills, we recommend blotting immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Based on our expertise with this material, a mild soap and water solution can be used for spot cleaning, though we always suggest testing a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure fabric integrity.
Is the woven polyester fabric a good choice for families with pets?
Yes, 100% polyester is an excellent choice for high-traffic households. As a synthetic fiber, polyester is naturally more resistant to staining and wear than many natural alternatives. The tight woven construction of this fabric helps prevent pet hair from becoming deeply embedded and offers the durability needed to withstand daily use while maintaining its tailored, clean look.

The couch is extremely comfortable and soft. Unfortunately, we did not receive all of the correct hardware and have had to call twice to get the correct hardware shipped.
Perfect Sectional
It's a perfect size, great material, and the chaise was a good choice.
Sofa review
Hello RTG Team, I want to start by recognizing your team for the excellent customer service. The follow-ups were timely, the delivery was smooth, and the delivery team was professional and courteous throughout. I truly appreciate that level of care. Unfortunately, the sofa itself has not met expectations in terms of comfort. It is quite firm and lacks the cozy feel I was looking for. Additionally, the sectional length does not work well for me. At 6’1”, I am unable to fully relax as my legs extend beyond the seating. In hindsight, I should have visited the store before purchasing online. That said, I would appreciate the opportunity to exchange this for a more comfortable option and am open to paying any price difference. Best, Imran
Great sectional for smaller space
My living space isn't huge but I really wanted a sectional. This fits perfectly. It takes up most of one wall but doesn't extend too far into the room. It is starting out more firm than I wanted but can already tell it's getting softer. The fabric has a really nice feel and love the space to stretch out.
