Everything was great, it’s a a good quality for the money and we are enjoying it

The unit came with no working LED lights. A service tech came 2 weeks later and could not fix it. I have not heard from RTG since…Very disappointed

We were window shopping at RTaG and sampled a dozen couches. This one stood out due to the comfort,features, size and color. Window shopping happily turned into a purchase. This fits perfect in our space and we're enjoying everytime we sit down. Happy to say the honeymoon with this couch is still going!
