I like this bed; it's quite nice and sturdy, but the delivery and assembly team did a sloppy job. The bed frame was uneven, and the screws weren't properly tightened. When I discovered the problems, I called the assembly team many times to ask them to come back and fix it, but they didn't answer the phone. Luckily, I had their manager's number and asked them to come and fix it. It's terrible that I had to call them back to fix something they should have noticed and corrected during the initial assembly, but they pretended not to see or know about the issues.
