Wrong order not what wanted Elon order
Problems with other things I wanted but salesman order something else for me.ITS NOT RIGHT the chair or rug.I had to fight with himabout what he ordered to make it right.But he didnt!So now I have a Navy rug with grey and white. Wanted black and white one long 2" shag.chair all wrong not the one my son and I wanted white with silver piping dual control one on each arm special heating massager.Which at time was good for back aches.MADE in ITALY REAL Leather!Forenzi my son took out warranty onit extra$$$.Git chair that is literally gray dark grey piping fake leather cotton batting bonded onit .Made in Vietnam .We paid extra for setup$396.00 however at the time didn't have the rug to put under Electric bed so anyways wrong rug sent me stands in upward to the ceiling in living room since January 2026.Bought all furniture December 2025.Please do the right thing!

We ordered the insert with red brick background, it arrived with gray background, not very attractive. We were told that the red brick one would fit our furniture, now they say it won't fit, but yet, maintain they can put in the correct one. She said definitely we could get that red brick. I am going to take a tape measure and find out for myself. Original unit swapped out due to scratches visible on the front. plus bad bare wood showing.
