Wish there was a “set” of these
Was looking for a “smaller” recliner knowing if that “fit the plan the other pieces would work well” my livingroom is not visually spacious and easily overwhelmed with the traditional bulky pieces out there. Fell in love with this chair. Smaller profile but EXTREMELY comfortable , more so then many pieces I sat in. The 3 motor component is a dream especially the lumbar support. Heartbroken to find it was not part of a collection. I chose another set but as I loved this chair so much purchased 2 to replace den furniture - love it! The “blue” has a grey to green lean to it, but works great for us and makes the blue warmer and more versatile in my opinion. I am using batteries and the swivel capacity did unplug the battery until I situated it better. Highly recommend this chair.
Dropped the ball?
Both chairs had issues so I contacted customer service. They quickly scheduled a service visit. Off to a good start! The customer service repair request could not be resolved in the first visit. Since then I have heard nothing from either customer service or repair. I wrote to customer service and was told the repair department was still determining next steps. That was 9 days ago. I was told by the service rep to get in touch no later than a week so I don’t have to open a new ticket. How long does it take? Ball is definitely in RTG court. I think they dropped the ball.
