Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the indigo chenille upholstery?
To maintain the elegant silhouette and soft texture of the chenille, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to prevent dust from settling into the weave. For spills, the 100% polyester fabric is resilient; simply blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Based on our material expertise, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the Repreve recycled fibers.
What technology and storage features are integrated into the media consoles?
The two included media consoles serve as high-tech hubs for your living space. Each console is equipped with Bluetooth-enabled speakers, wireless charging pads, and USB charging ports to keep your devices powered. Additionally, they offer hidden storage for remotes or accessories and feature sleek acrylic tops that allow them to function as stable side tables for beverages or decor.
What makes the fabric on this indigo sectional a sustainable and durable choice?
The upholstery features New Horizon indigo blue chenille, which integrates Repreve yarn—a high-performance fiber crafted from recycled plastic bottles. This makes the sectional an excellent choice for eco-conscious shoppers. Beyond sustainability, the 100% polyester construction provides the soft, multi-dimensional texture of chenille with the inherent durability and stain resistance required for high-traffic family rooms.
How can I reconfigure the pieces of this modular sectional to fit my room's layout?
This modular system is designed for maximum flexibility. Because every individual piece is fully upholstered on all sides in our signature New Horizon fabric, you aren't locked into a single configuration. You can rearrange the LAF chaise, armless power recliners, and media consoles to create an expansive L-shape, a cozy U-shape, or even separate the modules into individual seating islands to suit your specific architectural needs.
Does each power reclining module require its own electrical outlet?
Yes, for the power reclining functionality and the technology features in the media consoles to operate, the specific modules (the armless power recliner, RAF power recliner, and consoles) will need to be positioned near electrical outlets. When planning your room layout, ensure you have access to power along the wall where the reclining segments will be placed to enjoy the full range of personalized comfort features.
Is this large power reclining sectional suitable for a basement or dedicated home theater?
With dimensions of 156"W x 124.5"D, this sectional is an ideal anchor for spacious environments like finished basements, large open-concept living areas, or dedicated media rooms. The power reclining functionality allows you to adjust the footrests at the touch of a button, while the wedge and armless components provide deep, sprawling seating that comfortably accommodates a large family or group for movie nights.

Couch
Absolutely love the couch, unfortunately when it was delivered the feet were broken. The guys delivering it were great and even reported the broken feet from where they opened the packaging. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from anyone about them coming out to fix the issue.
Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
