Sofa was delivered without legs for chaise. The delivery man made a call and said I would hear from RTG in a day or two. He was very nice. No response from RTG. The day after I bought the sofa I got a coupon for $100. When you spend $1,000. I called the store about it and was told to come in and I would receive $100. Gift card. I was told she noted it in my file. I went to the store and clearly bothered a man in the office about the gift card. He was very unpleasant. He said there was nothing in my account about it and that I couldn’t get it. Very unprofessional! I then asked about the legs for the chaise. He said there was nothing record of it. I told him the delivery man reported it immediately. Your employee was very annoyed and said he would have to add it to my file. I had to ask him to do that. he said I would hear from RTG in a few days. Not believing that comment, I called RTG customer service and spoke to a professional, responsive person who mailed them!!!
