The Alekos twin over twin low bunkbed with staircase & purple curtain is the perfect combination of fun and functional that both kids and parents love. This has a 400-pound resting weight capacity per sleeping surface. Strong plywood slats with metal support bar. The staircase can be installed on either the left or right with in built-in staircase shelves. Removable curtains turn under bed area into a play-space. Curtain includes one front panel and one side panel. Easily attaches with hook and loop fastener strip. Hand-sewn, 100% cotton. Total footprint (including staircase) 99.5""L X 42.5""W X 50""H; Actual bed measurements excluding staircase 81.5""L X 42.5""W X 50""H. Under-bed height is 31". Top bed features tall 14" guardrails, Designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattress; we recommend a 5" thick mattress not to exceed 8". Plywood slats included; no box spring or bunkie board required. Mattress and bedding not included. Customer assembly is required.

- Top bunk requires a mattress that is at least 5" below the top of the guardrail.
