Late, Broken, New Arrival, Broke Again.
Waited all day for arrival, showed up late in the evening, phone call to get into gate came through silent so I didn't immediately know to pick up. Immediately saw it, called back but they did not pick up. Tried the company and they didn't answer because they were closed. Called the next day, and bed had been sent back to another city and couldn't be rescheduled for that day. Bed finally arrived, son got onto it the very first time and it immediately cracked and broke. Called, they scheduled new pieces to be sent. Days later those arrived and were replaced. The workers who put the bed together said it should have come with a bunkie board. This was the first I'd heard of one of those. Why didn't the bed come with the needed piece? The company called me to see how the delivery went - I explained the missing bunkie board, she said she would inquire and get back to me. Never did. Son got on the bed that night and once again, snap, one of the board broke. He has never jumped on it, he doesn't even weight 100lbs. I've had to purchase my own reinforcement boards to try and keep the bed usable. Rooms to Go ought to have already sent me the missing bunkie board if that is what it needs to function properly. They have not done so. I will never purchase from this company again. Absolute disaster.
