Huge white stickers on outside panels. Cannot remove because paint comes off. Terrible eyesore when you walk into room
I received the furniture, and on the outside two panels on the bottom, there are two huge white manufacturing stickers that when they are attempted to be removed, the paint comes off with it. I have called customer service and they had someone bring two new panels and they had the same stickers on them. They told me this is how it is and there’s nothing that can be done. So now my son has these two huge white stickers that are eyesores when you walk into the room and cannot be removed. Customer service was not helpful at all. They wanted to again replace the panels, I spoke to the delivery man that day, and he told me that the two new panels again had the stickers on them so I canceled the delivery. It was an inconvenience for both times because I had to come home from work. My problem is not resolved, and I am very unhappy with the furniture, customer, service, and with the FORT MYERS kids store location.
