Quality good, service not so much...
The quality of the bed is good. My granddaughter loves it and is really enjoying it. The rub is that the salesman verified with me several times that it would be set up when it arrived. The delivery crew dropped it off at my daughter's house, an hour and twenty minutes from me, and said "we don't set it up, you didn't pay for that". I had to drop everything to go and put it together. Finally, RTG needs to ease up on the delivery confirmation contact, I responded to three emails and two phone calls to confirm. Seemed excessive. I confirmed, what more is needed after that?
